This part of Milton Keynes was intended for development from the very beginning, but 

the grid squares between Silbury Boulevard and Portway have sat empty for many years.

This new neighbourhood will be inspired by the unique location and the founding principles that built the city, while suiting the way people live now and being fit for the future.
