Phase One includes proposals for around 397 homes spread across five buildings, as well as a canalside bistro, a new pedestrian and cycle link through the site to connect with the existing Redway network, a car club, cycling facilities, and improved connections from north Milton Keynes to the centre of the city.

Phase One is designed to make the most of the canalside location, and protect the unique wildlife habitats along the canal by introducing extensive new green landscaping.
