While we will propose some buildings at Campbell Park Northside which offer views across the park, the following principles will define how high we go and where any taller buildings will be located on the site:
Protecting the amenity of neighbours in terms of daylight and sunlight
Protecting the beautiful setting and character of Campbell Park and the canal
Designing buildings that are architecturally excellent, with attractive materials that are suitable for this parkland location
