Who we are

Urban Splash was appointed as the preferred developer partner on the wider Campbell Park site by the Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP), committing to the creation of circa 1,500 new homes.

In summer 2023, Urban Splash announced a joint venture partnership with Glenbrook who will support the delivery of the first part of the site. Find out more about the partners below.

Grant Associates, one of the foremost landscape practices in the world today, to work with our masterplanning team, right from the start.
